In the field of business law we support both self-employed persons and companies with regard to all fields of commercial and corporate law, in particular in the area of mergers & acquisitions including management or staff buy-outs as well as in the area of contractual and labour law. Our team in the field of business law consists of Hans-Ulrich Staiger who has longstanding experience in various management functions in industry and in consulting and Stefan Schüz who specializes in commercial and corporate law. With these two specialists supported also by other team members, WWS can provide comprehensive services in the business world.
Should our clients’ needs – professionally or privately – have interfaces with other fields of law, in particular with employment law, tenancy law, private building law, and inheritance law, we provide for our clients comprehensive and economically reasonable counsel in these areas as well.
In the field of medical law WWS acts as partner of all professional groups on the side of the care providers, representing their interests in all conceivable areas such as the field of medical partnership including designing of contracts, the medical liability law, matters of the right to practise as a doctor, admissions, fees and profitability assessments, litigations with professional associations and health insurances as well as in the field of criminal law. We always keep in mind the particularities of this professional group and the regulatory framework created by health care politics.
Our medical law team consists of Philipp Werner, a certified specialist attorney in medical law, since 2007, Eberhard Knorr, a specialist attorney in medical law of many years of experience and longstanding lecturer in the field of medical law, and Matthias Wonschik, a certified specialist attorney in medical law, since 2008, as well. With these three specialists WWS is a competent partner for all care providers in the health care sector.
